Estivemos hoje, minha esposa e eu, no Hipermercado EXTRA Colinas procurando flores para ornamentar nosso apartamento. Fomos atendidos pela Srta. Zenaide (florista), de uma forma tão atenciosa e delicada, que não podemos deixar de registrar o fato. Hoje em dia é difícil ser bem atendido em qualquer loja que entremos. Funcionárias com tal educação deixam marcas em nossa mente e fazem com que voltemos à mesma loja para, novamente, sermos atendidos por elas.

Дача Ю.М. Гелеловича расположена в западном Крыму, в Евпатории, на одной из самых любопытных в архитектурном плане улиц этого приморского города Крыма – на Дувановской. Дача Гелеловича представляет собой интересный образец архитектуры самого начала ХХ века, она была возведена в Крыму в 1912 году и напоминает изысканный восточный дворец.
Дача Гелеловича это единственное здание в Евпатории, в архитектуре которого очень четко прослеживается мавританский стиль. Мавританский стиль был свойственен в архитектуре конца XIX – начала XX веков и сложился в русле популярного в те времена стиля «модерн».
Глядя на здание дачу Гелеловича в Крыму, возникает ощущение, что попал на Восток. Фасад здания украшают два дверных проема. Один из проемов выполнен в виде многолопастной арки, которая опирается на две тоненькие колонны с необычными капителями. Второй дверной проем отделан как алтарная (михрабная) ниша в мечетях и увенчан куполом.
Крыша здания плоская и украшена ступенчатыми зубцами. Несмотря на то, что здание дачи Гелеловича имеет один этаж, благодаря своим возвышающимся и оригинальным архитектурным деталям, здание совершенно не теряется на фоне других построек Евпатории.
После революции и национализации имущества, здание дачи Ю.М. Гелеловича в Крыму отдали Евпаторийскому краеведческому музею. Здание дачи Гелеловича Ю.М. в Евпатории представляет собой архитектурную достопримечательность Крыма.
