The tower of the former Holy Trinity Church is dwarfed by the cranes building part of the Regent's Place development. The church was designed by Sir John Soane and built between 1826 and 1828; it is grade I listed but now operates, in the words of its website, as 'a unique and absolute destination space for events in London'. This Regent's Place development stretches along the north side of Euston Road between Hampstead Road and Osnaburgh Street, much of it is now complete but these cranes are adding the western extension on Osnaburgh street.
