  Perthshire welcome mat It may be a generalisation, but I have a distinct impression that the once common, now illegal "Get off moi land" signs in Perthshire have been replaced by more constructive forms deterrence. Long stretches of road have no place to park, aided by boulders, chains, logs etc on almost every bit of spare ground. Strath Braan, the road through Strathtay and some minor roads around Bankfoot come to mind. I find a folding bike a very useful tool.
